POLICY

  • A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT (ONLINE AND IN SALON) HOWEVER YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU FAIL TO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELECT AN ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.  

  • GUESTS MAY RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENTS NO LESS THAN 48 HRS PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WITHOUT PENALTY. TO ENSURE WE RESPECT THE TIME OF OUR STAFF AS WELL AS OTHER GUESTS APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED DURING OR AFTER THE 48HR PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE.  No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.  

  • WE LOVE KIDS AND PETS, HOWEVER, IN THE INTEREST OF THEIR SAFETY AND YOUR PAMPERING - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING THEM INTO THE SALON UNLESS A SERVICE IS BEING RENDERED (CHILDREN 12+ ONLY).

  • CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR APPLICABLE SERVICES AND ARE ASSESSED A $50 FEE. SHOULD GUESTS ELECT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVICE IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVING A CONSULTATION (MUST BE BOOKED AT THE TIME OF THE CONSULTATION), THE $50 FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF THE REQUESTED SERVICE. IF A CONSULTATION IS PERFORMED AND A FUTURE APPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVICE IS NOT BOOKED, THE FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED. 

  • CELL PHONE USE IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED, AS THIS IS A PLACE OF RELAXATION AND PAMPERING. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO HAVE TO TAKE A CALL, PLEASE STEP OUTSIDE OF THE SALON. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SHOW OF RESPECT FOR US AND OUR GUESTS IN THE SALON. 

  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.  IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF YOUR STYLIST/TECHNICIAN IS NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE DELAY. 

  • YOUR SATISFACTION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO US. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE PLEASE REPORT IT WITHIN 48 HOURS.  ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SERVICES RENDERED, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO CORRECT ANY ISSUE THAT MAY ARISE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE.

  • OUR BEAUTIQUE OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS.  AS MANY OF THESE ITEMS ARE USED FOR PERSONAL HYGIENE AND/OR ARE CURATED BY SMALL BUSINESSES WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

  • Should you no-show for an appointment you will be required to satisfy the payment for that service as well as remit a deposit for the next appointment.
